Al-Ghadeer Real Estate Company

Dusit International has signed a hotel management agreement with Al Ghadeer Group to develop the dusitD2 Al Ahsa resort in Saudi Arabia, expected to open in 2027. The resort will be located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Al Ahsa Oasis and will feature 120 suites, a wellness center, a ballroom, and dining options. Designed by El Ghoneimi Architects, the resort aims to celebrate the region's heritage and natural beauty through responsible luxury and modern amenities. This venture marks Dusit's second property in Saudi Arabia, following the Dusit Princess Al Majma'ah, set to open later this year.
